Domiciliary Carer

Right now, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and committed Domiciliary Carers to join the team at our Colchester Office. Whether providing long or short-term care that includes convalescence, respite and palliative care, our focus is on providing the highest quality service at all times.


There are multiple day and evening opportunities available.


About You


As a carer under the guidance of the Care Manager and Senior Carer, you will be taking responsibility for the physical and emotional well being and social needs of our clients. 


Assisting clients with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, assisting with meals and supervision on medication.


Delivering a level of care that truly comes from the heart. It’s about making sure our clients never lose their dignity or sense of individuality as you get involved in general activities within the clients home.


Whether you’re helping someone with limited mobility to learn to use an aid, offering emotional support to a confused or distressed client or delivering care to someone at the end of their life, you’ll always have their wellbeing in mind above anything else.

About the Vacancy

We are looking for Carers in the following areas:


Colchester, Marks Tey, Tiptree, Aldham, Fordham, Mersea, Wivenhoe, Greenstead (Colchester), West Bergholt, Elmstead Market, Brightlingsea, Clacton, Frinton and Walton on the Naze.


Shift times are negotiable we like to stick to the following shift structure: 


07:00 - 10.30

11.30 - 14.30

1600  - 18.30

1900  -  2230


We are also looking for carers for the Greestead area in Colchester to support a female who has Cerebral Palsy who will be part of a team providing in home support and daily living care.


Shift times for this position are:


0700-1400 or 1600 and 1600 - 2100
